поп? да чтоб весь поп был таким. я б тогда повесился. от осознания, что физически не в состоянии прослушать даже мизерной доли такого позитива)
у нас (пост ссср) весьма искажённые понятия о попсе, и сравнивать зарубежный поп с местным есть дикость первостатейная. это, конечно, ни для кого не секрет, но слух режет. так, что порой трудно назвать наташу попсой и в это же время также рук вверх. хотя и то и другое популярная музыка.
1997-ой. одно из первых знакомств с качественной грамотной музыкой (для меня), музыкой, которая определяла тогда и до сих пор определяет мою жизнь, музыка, в которою я влюблён по уши, музыка, которая “моя”.
к наташе я как-то всегда неровно дышал) от манеры до внешности — нравится всё. а тут ещё такой звук. left of the middle я заслушал до дырок, сперва на кассете, потом, что приятней, на компакте. также поступил с white lilies island в 2001-ом, не с таким ажиотажем, но зацепило весьма. редко случается, что мне нравятся (или просто могу слушать) все песни с диска, не выборочно, подряд. а оба альбома, и как на заказ. я обязательно когда-нить выкладу эти диски. ну больше чисто для личного удовлетворения, спрос на такие вещи почему-то весьма низок)

+ видео performed live for mtv europe: кстати, наткнулся кто-то писал о выступлении под фанеру, так автор поражался ущербности фанеры, её аудитории и етц, и приводил в пример какой-то зарубежный рок-коллектив, у которых каждое исполнение композиции живьём — новая песня. это можно отнести к подавляющему большинству зарубежной эстрады. таки да, это же офигенно, музыканты сами получают удовольствие от пения, вариаций и импровизаций на сцене, так ещё публика просто в экстазе от мало того, что своего любимого, так ещё одновременно и чего-то нового.
я считаю, что выступление на сцене не обязательно должно точь в точь повторять студийные записи, даже если исполнителю не хватает голосовых данных, оно должно быть необычным, привлекать слух зала, а не тупо ловить сфокусированные взгляды марионеток.
мне просто ещё очень нравятся такие unplugged выступления, взгляд на вещи с другой стороны, не со стороны миллионов, для которых отшлифовано и вылизано, а нечто более такое искреннее и простое. в кругу ценителей.
Los Olividados — Cinematic Soundown
это практически необъяснимо. такое выводит на мгновенье с жизненной орбиты куда-то рядом, где и ощущения приятно изменены и непривычны. будто едешь долгой длинной и монотонной дорогой и просишь остановиться и сойти на минут пять, на протяжении которых отбрасывается всё, что было буквально несколько шагов назад, всё кроме того, что слышишь и видишь прямо сейчас, всё новое и незнакомое, но такое родное, что ты уже задумался продлить. кадры плавно сменяются один другим, а в них самих то ли детство, то ли какие-то избранные моменты как на подбор, что невольно спрашиваешь себя, ну кто же их тут так все собрал, откуда они знали, что я подойду? уже вернувшись, сквозь новоприбывшие эмоции и пелену умиротворённого сознания замечаешь перешёптывающихся спутников с удивлением на лицах. а ты лишь осматриваешься вокруг и уже воображаешь себе свой следующий раз.

что до меня, то я просто сцусь. давно, продолжительно, незатыкающимся горячим фонтаном. намедни отслушал Dj Oleg Pak’а микс, где наткнулся на сие и озарение пришло вновь, с новой силой и эмоциями. побочные эффекты до боли предсказуемы — нескончаемый рипит, вой, мотание головой, постукивание в такт правой ножкой.

The label hooked up with the hottest address in Ibiza, Hotel Es Vive, to present this mix of the Summer’s hottest anthems.
